The chibi version of Dead Master’s weapon is included just as it is for the Nendoroid figure Black Rock Shooter. Death Scythe was, of course, a giant monstrosity in the anime. However, here, that tool  is scaled down to suit her latest style. Perhaps she doesn’t look nearly as frightening like this, but remember that looks can lie!

As Nendo means plasticine or clay in Japanese, one might assume that the actual construction of the figures isn’t done very well at all. However, this is a complete mistake. For a figure of this price and this level of class, the workmanship is exceptionally good. The Dead Master Nendoroid even includes additional heads, one of which shows a cute style bump that must have been received courtesy of her rival, Black Rock Shooter! To guarantee that she holds a special albeit dark place in your heart, her horns and wings receive a similar cute treatment, in fact. Alternatively, wickedly deny what you want in her Machiavellian manner. It’s entirely up to you.

As always, Death Scythe was only truly fulfilled once she had some way to signify her connection to the nether worlds. Her display comes with a pair of Nendoroid sized skulls that match her somewhat gothic lolita themed persona. Made of durable ABS and PVC materials, this figure is posable and, of course, it is not made to scale. There’s a stand for her so you can properly display her.

For those that already have the Black Gold Saw Nendoroid, this can be the perfect addition to their collection. Many collectors enjoy gathering these funky Nendoroid figures just for the fun of it.
