The Crawford Hotel
This accommodation is lots closer to the center of the city, just over one and a half km. It is a two star establishment with good en suite accommodation and, importantly, twenty four hour access to rooms, which is great if you are planning to have a long night out or if you will be needing to access the room during the day. There is there is Free wireless internet access available in the public places of the hotel.
Things To See & Do
In Exeter there are just a few of tourist attractions which merit your time including; the Royal Albert Museum, Rougemont Castle and St Peter’s Cathedral. As I mentioned earlier there is a small number of nearby seaside villages to see the most beautiful being the pretty villages of Seaton, Sidmouth and Beer.
Further away, between Plymouth and Exeter is the hardly populated moorland of the Dartmoor National Park with the overall region having several places worth visiting including A La Ronde, Buckfast Abbey and Buckland Abbey on the main road, to Plymouth. Along the way you will pass the Torbay area, which is made up of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham and is frequently called the English Riviera region.
